School plans are to be completed on the school’s Google Docs and Sheets for review and upload approval no later than 
Accountability Team, Level Director, Federal Programs Director Review – Week of 
Schools upload plans for submission by  (copy and paste from the Google).
Ongoing Review by Accountability Team and Federal Programs Director – 
All plans finalized no later than 

Tips and Tricks:

1. Prepare your responses in this Google template by 

2. Once approved, you will receive an email letting you know you can copy and paste your responses for submission onto the website.  This will be no later than  

3. Only reference Title I funding (don’t include Title 2-4)

4. Remember that your plan is public facing (everyone will have access)
