In addition to the resources listed above district employees have access to additional data based on their current position. One additional resource is the school’s Principal’s data base. The Principal’s data base is available to all district principals and assistant principal on the sharing server in a folder called ‘PrincipalsDatabases’. The Data Timeline document provides detailed information about the estimated release dates, locations, and intended uses for the data as they become available.

 The Educator Portal is available for administrators and educators. All administrators and educators who tested students in the fall 2019 EOC administration should have received their credentials for the Educator Portal via email. Through this portal, educators may access reports, rosters, and other tools for simple data analysis. The department encourages educators to share feedback by emailing [email protected].
