This session is designed to equip building and district administrators with a deeper understanding of school-wide data and its implications for student and teacher performance. Participants will explore key federal and state indicators, as well as teacher performance metrics, to better understand how these data points influence decision-making. The session will also focus on analyzing Annual Measurable Objectives (AMO) and how teacher metrics align with student achievement, providing a comprehensive look at how data can drive school and district improvements. CMCSS Principal Interns can attend with their supervisor.
