Packing Materials for Return Shipping
After all assessments have been completed, Testing Coordinators should ensure all materials remain secure and are packaged for return based on guidance from the district and the Testing Administration Manual (TAM).
Education Information System (EIS)
- Several data entry process changed—including Pre-ID and SDDV—which is now implemented so that we have more accurate information sooner about students who are taking TNReady and other TCAP assessments.
- Assessment data is now driven by data in EIS.
- Enrollment, scheduling, demographic, and class roster must be entered in our district SIS (Power School) and transferred to EIS.
- EdTools will not be used to clean-up demographic information or complete assessment ordering.
